Christianity's Distinguishing Force

2 Corinthians 1:2
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Grace and Peace.  They go together.  In fact, they have a vital relationship.  I believe that the way you can tell how much Grace you are using in your life is by how much Peace you experience.

Think of it like this.  Grace, being a free gift, requires belief to accept.  The more you believe, the more you understand that the severity of this life is not real life.

Since we understand by Grace that this life is like a candle flame flickering in the wind, when compared to our eternal life, it is easy to have peace even in the most trying circumstances.

So if life is hitting you hard, remember, the more Grace you live in, the more peace you will feel.  And we have JESUS to thank for it all!
