If I go up to heaven, you are there;
if I go
down to the place of the dead, you are there. For
the next few weeks we will look at something very interesting - From Psalm 139, we
will see the characteristics of our relationship with JESUS.
You may be surprised and delighted to know how deeply it runs! The
Lord is with us no matter where we go [2] There
is no place to hot, cold, new, old, dingy, clean, scary, safe, secure, sprawling,
high, low or hidden that the LORD is not there
with us. HE is so near us, HE
is there with us. In fact HE is in
us! As a follower of JESUS,
you need to know that the LORD has taken up
residency in you! This is good! Here is your proof from Scripture . . .

14:23 Jesus
answered
and
said
unto him,
If
a man
love
me,
he will keep
my
words:
and
my
Father
will love
him,
and
we will come
unto
him,
and
make
our abode
with
him.

If you love JESUS and keep HIS
Words (no, not perfectly, but ever on the grow at keeping them) HE
and the FATHER come in to our heart
and abide (live) there. Permanent residence! So,
where you go, HE is there with and
in you! Not bad! And HE
is there to help, guide, love, comfort and care for you. HE
is not hostile to you, no matter what the enemy has you sold on. He was a liar
from the beginning (remember Adam and Eve in the Garden)? So
avoid the lies, realize HE is with
you right now, all day, all night and wherever you go! Got
