How great is the love the Father has given us so freely! Now we can be called
children of God. And that's what we really are! The world doesn't know us because it
didn't know him.
I hope your childhood was great. Most
have their ups and downs. I just read a story about a father who saved his
son's life by diving into a pool at a hotel where his son's foot trapped him
underwater. The father breathed into his 14 year old son for 7 minutes while
other guests freed his foot.
The
son has made a full and miraculous recovery. That is love indeed. Our
Heavenly FATHER loves us like that and more.
HIS great Love has transformed us from orphans
of our own doing into Children of the Living GOD!
HE has breathed the life of the HOLY
SPIRIT into us and our recovery is miraculous! Even
if you don't realize it all at this moment (and I guarantee none of us do) HIS
breath of Life into us is the most beneficial and healing act the world has ever
known. We really are HIS
children, no matter how others look at us or how we feel about ourselves. So
maybe we should start feeling differently about us. Look into the mirror
of HIS Great Love and see the reality that is
you! You are HIS child, and HIS
love contains everything we will ever need!
