therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all
your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be
self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion
looking for someone to devour.

Control Worried?
Here is some excellent medicine for worrying . . . . . Just cast all your
worries on JESUS because HE
cares for you. But there is a key to doing this. You have to know
HIM. I
don't mean know about HIM, I mean Know HIM!
I mean you need to have a relationship with HIM.
Not that HE doesn't care about you either way,
but for your worries to go, you have to know that HE
cares for you. The Bible is without a
doubt the greatest book on the face of the earth. Reading it will help you
know JESUS. But having a relationship with
HIM takes action. And
it takes practice. Start right now casting (which means throwing) your worries
to HIM. Then refuse to worry and let JESUS
take care of whatever it is you are worrying about. Then
trust! This is the most important step. HIS
way of taking care of you may not resemble your own plan. But that's OK,
because HE has such a better view of all that is
going on. Try it now. Start today
and don't ever stop. And when you grow into a place where you no longer worry,
remember to give HIM thanks!
