Hope in HIM With All That You Are!
(Editor's note: Hope, when referred to in the Word of GOD means something drastically different from the common language usage. It is a courageous, committed and consistent certainty that what has been Promised by CREATOR will indeed come to pass in our personal walk with HIM!
But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise YOU more and more.
As for me and my house, we shall serve the LORD! This is a paraphrase (pretty close, actually) of the famous words of Joshua in Joshua 24:15 Have you ever said that out loud, with yourself as the implied subject? Try it. Say it right now.
I say it a lot! I just like to say it! You see, it is renouncing the gods of this world which whether we admit or not, we used to serve (the Bible says so).
And it is establishing to our WONDERFUL FATHER AND CREATOR that we choose to serve HIM. This I do because without HIM I have no Hope! Without HIM I have no life. Without HIM all that I am and do would be nothing!
Not that other things, family work, friends, etc., are not important! But it is the order of things that count!
Our Hope in the ALMIGHTY CREATOR brings being and purpose into all that we are and do! And it increases with time! That is why Hope is so important. It is like rolling a tiny snowball. The farther you go, the bigger and more powerful it becomes!
And as our life with HIM grows stronger and better, our praise for HIM grows too! Take time whenever you can to "choose" HIM and praise HIM and Hope in HIM with all that you are!
