Remember
YOUR Word to YOUR servant, for YOU
have given me hope.
Do you think that we cannot remind our Perfect FATHER of HIS promises? Well if you do you may be in for a pleasant surprise.
HE is waiting for us to remind HIM. But not because HE forgets. Do you remember a little verse that says, " . . .for without faith it is impossible to please GOD?"
When we go to HIM in need and remind HIM of HIS Word as it relates to our present situation, we are showing HIM that we are not without faith.
If it is impossible to please HIM without faith, then it has to be possible to please HIM with faith! So when we please HIM, HE is just like we are (because HE created us that way).
And just like us, when we are pleased with someone, we have a tendency to bend over backwards for them. We want to please them in return no matter what the cost to ourselves. FATHER will do this perfectly. HE will always act on HIS Word when we remind HIM. And we are really reminding HIM that we love HIM and trust HIM and count on HIS help!
