Saturday Wrap #168
The Vision
ONE 1.
And I was alone. And I was in a lonely place. And I reflected on
Jesus that he was not there with me. And I wept that I was alone. 2. And in my closed eyes I saw a building that had unto itself as though a city wall. And the building was as a mighty fortress and the fortress was a church. And the fortress gates were barred to those on the outside and the church was empty. 3. I looked and I saw inside. And inside were four rooms. And I saw the first room. And in the room were young men and teachers and scribes. And these were the children of God. And all about them was the fire of the Holy Spirit. And the people outside the church could see the fire that it was good and they wanted to be among the fire but their way was barred. 4. And I looked and I saw inside. And I saw a second room. And in the second room were one hundred and fifty elders and the elders were from all nations. And the room was barred against any that were not elders. And the elders sat at a long table and drew lots amongst themselves. And he that was awarded the greatest number of lots would be seated at the head of the table. And the head of the table was the head of the church. And the head of the table was the head of the fortress. And the head of the table would rule over all the nations of the elders that sat there. And the head of the table was called father. And when the head of the table had been selected a young man would be summonsed to the room to fill the empty chair. And the fire of the young man would leave him. 5. And I looked and I saw inside. And I saw a third room. And in the third room was a dark angel and in his right hand he held a scroll. And the scroll was a record of guilt. And the dark angel protected the scroll. And the door to the dark angel was fixed closed by twelve great chains with a single lock. And the entrance to the door was guarded that non should enter. 6. And I looked and I saw inside. And I saw a fourth room. And in the fourth room sat twelve of the elders. And in the fourth room sat the father. And the father sat at the head of the table and in his hand was a key. And the elders sat about the table. And this room was barred against all others of the elders. And when the father and the twelve elders were within the fourth room also was the dark angel there. And the dark angel would cast down the scroll which he held in his right hand. And the elders and the father would read the scroll that none other could see. And they would add to their guilt but could not take it away nor would they confess their guilt for the dark angel watched over them. 7. And the people outside could see not the rooms within, for their gaze was barred by the brightness of the Holy Spirit that dwelled only in the first room. And the father would appear to them as though he stands in the fire of the Holy Spirit. And the people bless him and exalt him above his worth. And the people could see not the dark angel. And the people could see not the scroll nor what guilt was written there on. And they saw not the key in the hand of the father. 8. And the father held to his breast a scroll. And the people called the scroll light, for they had been told that it was the light, but it was not light for it was woven by the dark angel and the skills of men. And the people outside would praise the father. And the people outside would praise the scroll. And they would praise the elders for they had been told that this way was the light but they were blind of the dark angel. TWO 1.
And when the vision had left me I asked the Lord, Christ my savoir, what do these things
mean? 2. And Jesus' voice said, you shall see these things after you have joined the mighty host and you shall watch there how men conduct themselves. And they shall discharge their duties well for man is created in His image and the days of Adam shall be few. 3. And Jesus' voice said, each man that is born is given to him a task and it is for him to choose his time. But there are men who are given no choice for these men are my followers and the time is my choice. 4. And Jesus' voice said, go now and write the things that you have witnessed. And when you have labored, your work here will be done. And I will make glorious your name and bless you that you will enter our kingdom. THREE 1.
May the Almighty and everlasting God who is God of all things, keeper of the light, holder
of the power, maintainer of the truth, King of kings and Lord of lords bless me now for my
work is done. And let all men who learn these things so testify. Let it not come to rest
in you but proclaim it to all men. |
