Pure Joy
"Consider
it pure 'JOY', my brothers, whenever
you 'face trials of many kinds', because
you know that the 'testing of your faith' develops
perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and
complete, not lacking anything." James 1:2-4 'JOY'
in the midst of 'facing trials of many kinds'!
Ouch! As you read the words the thought of many trials will weigh heavy on
you. The idea of 'facing trials of many kinds' will
crimp your 'JOY' style! Woah!
Slow down! Now you are off and running having to face the 'testing
of your faith' in order to develop perseverance?
Want to join another Army? Did you really volunteer in order to take more
tests, especially such difficult tests? Do you really want to have to persevere
through 'trials of many kinds' as well as the 'testing
of your faith'? Seems awful tough from the outside, yet, since James was
used to pen these words, then the LORD must expect you to
obey HIM and actually live in HIS
'JOY' no matter what is going on in your life. You
see, it is the 'JOY' of the LORD
that sees you through your 'trials of many kinds' and the 'testing
of your faith'. When you attempt to do things your own way without walking
in the 'JOY' of the LORD, you
soon learn through experience the true meaning of unnecessary pain and suffering. CREATOR
has not abandoned you or left you without answers to your deepest needs. With
HIS gift of the 'JOY' of the LORD,
you can overcome your troubles through the power in the Name of JESUS!
As you go through this process, you will learn to persevere 'in faith', in
order that perseverance will finish its work in you so that you may be made mature and
complete, not lacking anything. The LORD has made all
the provision that you could ever need no matter what you are facing in your personal
lives. Just
as long as you live and walk in the 'JOY' of the LORD,
you will be able to say; "I Consider it pure 'JOY' whenever
I 'face trials of many kinds', because I know that the 'testing
of my faith' will make me mature and complete, not lacking in anything." Consider
it pure 'JOY' Whenever You Face Trials Of Many Kinds! |
