On Page 1 we established that there is a spiritual attack that comes to us,  it is a universal phenomena. Yes?

Actually, the attack comes when you try to live right.  By that I mean when you follow JESUS and HIS teachings.  And especially so when your life is influencing others to do the same.  So, quite possibly, if you are riding along life's path with absolutely no attack, you are either no threat to the enemy, or you should be teaching this principle!

Quick note:  We teach the Joy of the LORD each Monday.  Here is a simple difference between Joy and Happy:

Joy is a matter of your will, and happiness is whatever pleases your emotions.  Joy leads to a Powerful ability to withstand the enemy's attack, and happiness goes in and out conditional to your circumstances.

Great strength comes from Joy.  Our Scripture tells us to be Strong in the LORD.  It explains that it means to be empowered by our Union with HIM! To be sure you have that union, check out this site www.christonaa.org. 

As the attack comes, find yourself leaning in to the Love and Strength of JESUS!  Yes, there are things we can do to battle the enemy, but before we get to that, it is vital that we are as close to the LORD as we can be.

Oddly enough, we have a natural tendency to run from the LORD when the attack comes.  Not good.  Not good at all.

Quickly picture a flock of sheep.  The safest sheep is the one at the shepherd's feet!  The wolf will try to attack the stray first.  So, stay at the SHEPHERD'S Feet!

There is our strength.  You don't see sheep fighting wolves.  You see shepherds fighting wolves, with the victory going to the sheep.

So, especially when the attack comes, stay close to the LORD and let HIS Power be your Power!  This way you cannot lose, because the enemy cannot compare with the Awesome and Invincible Power of JESUS!
